TRAINING: Note: It is the decision of the participant to walk/hike or run at orienteering events:) Generally, hikers should register for the easier/shorter courses. Beginning at 10:00-11:30, an indoor session at the hostel will follow a Line O in small groups. Special attention to orienteering strategies such as attack points, relocation and pacing will be practiced. Lunch 11:30-12:00 Outdoor session from 12:00-2:00
The SPRINT: At and around the Wentworth Hostel. Winning times will be less than 25 minutes Registration: Youth Hostel 3:00 Sprint will have a technical level and a beginner level.
The Night O: In Wentworth Park--at Dusk. Register at the Hostel before dark. Event will be at the old campground entrance. This event will have an easy course for beginners and a longer course of the experienced!
