Description:A traditional middle distance course, where all controls are visited in numerical order. This is a Canada Cup Event, meaning the event will have a full range of age classes and courses available based on smaller Canada Cup event guidelines

Categories: Standard Orienteering Canada age classes as follows (as well as an open category on each course): RWT=Recommended Winning Time
Course 1: W12, M12 (RWT 20 mins)
Course 2: W13-14, M13-14 (RWT 20 mins)
Course 3: W15-16, M15-16 (RWT 25 mins)
Course 4: W75-79, M80+, W80+ (RWT 25 mins)
Course 5: W45-54, W55-64, W65-74, M65-74, M75-79 (RWT 25 -30 mins)
Course 6: W17-20, W21-34, W35-44, M45-54, M55-64 (RWT 30-35 mins)
Course 7: M17-20, M21-34, M35-44 (RWT 30 - 35 mins)

To pre-register: E-mail Ian Clark at clark@eastlink.ca by 9 pm on September 25th 2014. Please include: full name (first, last), course and category. Indicate your SI number (if you own one) or if rental needed. SI rentals are available for $3.00.

Race Day Registration: Available from 11:30-12:30, a limited number of extra maps will be printed, you will not be guaranteed the course you would like.

Start: Staggered starts begin at 1:00 pm. A start list will be posted by 9:00pm on September 27, 2014 on the OANS website. Participants registering on race day will be provided start times at registration.
