Wentworth Mountain Buster
It was a beautiful day in Wentworth on Saturday, June 19 – even the bugs were relatively gentle.
Another great upside for the organizers (Greg and Alice) is that Diane Powell offered to pick up the controls! Thanks, Diane. It was great to see some younger participants, including a father and son duo. Excellent effort everyone!
There were basically 2 courses (2 hour and 4 hour) with a 10 control point to point novice course created from the 2 hour. The 2 hour controls were worth 100 points and the extras to make up the 4 hour were worth 200 points.
Note: A couple of punches were difficult to read or appeared missing so we had to go with what was there...as they would at an A meet...thus the official results as best as we could are below:
