RESULTS from the GREAT SNOW MOOSE!! ( Posted Sun February 26 )
Congratulations:
We have all successfully completed the first Snowshoe Orienteering Race ever held in Nova Scotia, and I hope you will agree with me that the results of the day indicate that snowshoe events should become a regularly offered orienteering event.
I have just returned from collecting the controls, and have time to give you the final results from the Snowshoe Rogaine ( a Snowgaine?) event on February 25. I regret that I do not have the e-mails for all your team members, so I would appreciate if you would be so kind as to forward this message along to them.

Thank you all for participating, and for your unanimously kind comments at the conclusion of the event. Your good spirit and obvious pleasure with the day makes the effort of planning and organizing worthwhile.
If you are interested, I posted a couple of short videos at: www.youtube.com/watch?v=NgoRmT7AAgM&feature=youtu.be and www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tes-S-c2W9w&feature=youtu.be
Hope to see you all out at other orienteering events.
