Orienteering Meet – Amherst Wildlife Sanctuary – May 19, 2012
Under sunny skies, and with enough breeze to deter mosquitoes, the North Shore Adventure Club set up both a short (mostly on trails) course and a long (mostly off trails) course to challenge orienteers of various ages and skill level. The short course had 11 controls and the long course had 13 controls. The meet was point to point, meaning participants had to find all controls in order.
